Ronda Rousey vs Cat Zingano full fight video highlights from UFC 184 last night

Don't blink!

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Bantamweight Queen, Ronda Rousey, boasted in the build up to her UFC 184 main event against Cat Zingano last night (Feb. 28, 2015) that she was in the "best shape" of her life.

She wasn't lying.

"Rowdy" needed just 14 seconds to submit "Alpha" with an arm lock, one that was basically gifted to her thanks to a reckless flying knee that Zingano unleashed to start the 135-pound title match. Rousey took one step to her left, leveraged her Olympic-level judo to drop Zingano on her head, won the battle for position and then did what she did best:

Bend arms ... PAINFULLY.

Zingano was speechless in her post-fight interview. She said some bad words, then asked for a rematch, but after that performance, she will have to work her way back to the top. It's unclear who Rousey will fight next, but she did mention Holly Holm's name in her post-fight chat with Joe Rogan. Holm took a split decision over Raquel Pennington in the co-main event, but it was far from a memorable performance.

Certainly not the kind of performance that would warrant a title shot in her next bout. But, then again, there aren't many Bantamweight women standing in line, ready to give Rousey a tough fight.

For those keeping count, Rousey has needs just 30 combined seconds to defeat her two most recent opponents (Alexis Davis is the other).

She's a straight up beast.
