WSOF 26: Pneumonia forces last-minute line up change

Lucas Noonan/WSOF

World Series of Fighting (WSOF) 26 takes place tomorrow night (Fri., Dec. 18, 2015), airing live on NBC Sports with a full slate of fights from "The Chelsea" at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, Nevada.

And the original line up today looks a little different because Andreas Spang has come down with pneumonia, compelling the promotion to add an altogether new bout altogether -- Johnny Nunez (5-1) vs. David Jordan (3-3) -- rather than plug-in a last-second replacement.

Spang was expected to battle fellow Light Heavyweight Shamil Gamzatov, who will no longer compete on the "Prelims" undercard.

Nunez is looking to rebound from his first career loss at WSOF 17, while Jordan aims to extend his win streak to three following victories over Brian Thomas and Jordan Chandler. This will be his debut fight in WSOF's Decagon.
