Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has one severely bummed-out PR guy, according to promotion president Dana White, in the wake of Wednesday night's announcement that Fabricio Werdum vs. Cain Velasquez 2 would headline the UFC 196 pay-per-view (PPV) event, scheduled for Feb. 6, 2016, inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Logistical issues kept the heavyweight do-over from taking place in Brazil.
Werdum (20-5-1) captured the crown with a third-round submission win at UFC 188 back in June. "Vai Cavalo" has now won six straight fights and remains undefeated since crossing over from the Strikeforce ranks in 2012. Velasquez (13-2), meanwhile, has competed just once over the past two years due to recurring injuries.
