Whoops! Magazine posts picture of Nate Diaz in article of Nick Diaz's weed troubles

Someone may be losing their job after someone at an undisclosed magazine posted a picture of Nate Diaz in an article reporting older brother Nick's ban from mixed martial arts (MMA) for a failed drug test.

Whoops! It seems the editors may have gotten a hold of Nick's secret stash.

Speaking of the Stockton slugger, he was back in the news last week after reports surfaced indicating that he was in settlement talks with the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) to have his suspension reduced.

Diaz was banned from competing in MMA for a period of five years after failing his drug test for his UFC 183 bout against Anderson Silva (full details here).

As for Nick Nate, he'll get back on the horse when he faces Michael Johnson at UFC on Fox 17 on Dec. 19, 2015 in Orlando, Florida.
