Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returns to action this Saturday (Nov. 28, 2015) with UFC Fight Night 79 from inside Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul, South Korea, featuring a mixed martial arts (MMA) card designed to appeal to local fans.
As a result, Ben Henderson, Dong Hyun Kim, Yoshihiro Akiyama, Doo Ho Choi, and many more will be in action this weekend on a fight card which features both "Prelims" and main card action entirely on the UFC Fight Pass digital network.

Counter right by Henderson drops Masvidal and Bendo ties up on the fence. Body shot by Masvidal on the exit. Body kick, then another. One minute to go. Low kicks from Bendo. Round 3: Bendo active in the early going of the round, eats a snap kick to the body. Masvidal tries to go high. Henderson low kick. One minute in. Body kick by Henderson. Masvidal advancing, has yet to land anything too clean. 1-2 connects. Bendo goes to the body and shoots in. Sneaky elbow by Henderson, then another. Two minutes in. Masvidal moves to his back and puts in a hook. Henderson removes it and shoots in, denying a Marcelotine. Two minutes to go.

Round 5: Side kick by Henderson. Counter knee by Masvidal. Henderson tries another flying knee and shoots in. Masvidal tries a hip toss after briefly getting taken down. One minute in. Masvidal tries the Marcelotine again and this one's tight. Henderson goes to his back and survives a second attempt. Two minutes in. Henderson pops up and lands some short knees in the clinch. Elbow by Masvidal. Masvidal tries a spinning elbow and lands a body kick. Bendo shoots in response. Two minutes to go.
Henderson knees Masvidal's legs. Masvidal tries a granby roll and nearly gives up mount. More scrambling ensues. Bendo gets Masvidal to his rear on the fence. One minute to go. Nice foot sweep. Round 1: Kim tries a cartwheel kick and Waters takes his back. Kim turns to face him and looks for a trip. One minute in. Kim manages to his a nice hip toss and move into the crucifix, dropping hammerfists. Kim looks to attack the far arm, then goes back to landing punches and elbows. Two minutes in. Waters can't get out of the crucifix. More elbows by the Stun Gun. The punches rain down and Waters, though still alright, takes too many blows for the referee's taste.
Final result: Kim def. Waters by TKO (punches)

170 lbs.: Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Alberto Mina
Round 1: Low kicks from both men to start. One minute in. Spinning backfist by Akiyama, who eats a leg kick and seems to wobble for a second. More low kicks, nothing much else. Two minutes in. Front kick by Mina. Akiyama uses a couple leg kicks as counters, eats one from Mina. Two minutes to go.
Still mostly leg kicks. Mina falling short on punches. Nasty low kick by Mina. One minute to go. Akiyama tries a trip. Mina shoots, can't get it. Spinning back kick attempt. Nice punching exchange. Mina shoots again and scores a takedown. Akiyama rolls through and looks to escape out the backdoor at the bell. 10-10.
Round 2: The low kicks continue from both men. Stiff jab from Mina. Mina eats a low kick and Akiyama tries to open up with punches. Another low kick; Mina's feeling them and tries to shoot. One minute in. Front kick from Mina. Akiyama catches him ducking with a heavy uppercut. Leg kick exchange. Mina pops him with a left hook, eats another leg kick. Two minutes in. Mina tries to shoot again, no luck. Counter uppercut by Mina as Akiyama tries an osoto-gari. Another leg kick by Akiyama. Two minutes to go.
Uppercut-jab by Mina. Mina shoots, can't get the takedown. Hard flurry by Mina and Akiyama clinches. Another low kick from Akiyama, who takes a nasty front kick to the groin. Mina whiffs on a spinning elbow and eats a right hand. Left hook jacks Mina's jaw and the Brazilian fails on an ankle pick. One minute in. Mina looks for a single-leg and clinches on the fence. 3-2 from Akiyama. Akiyama sprawls on another shot and lets him up. Mina's leg is wrecked. Two minutes in. Akiyama continues to advance and land good punches. He sprawls on another shot. Mina backs him off with a combination. Nice combination by Akiyama. Mina shoots and Akiyama reverses into half guard. Big shots by Akiyama. He stands and waves Mina up. Mina can barely stand. Another failed shot. One minute to go. Akiyama with a left hook, eats a right hand. Another low kick by Akiyama. Mina fails again, and Akiyama lands a sneaky right hand. More nasty ground-and-pound by Akiyama. 10-8 Akiyama.

Round 1: Leg kicks from Sicilia to start the fight. Hard counter by Choi drops Sicilia, who manages to pop back up. They're hurling bombs at one another. Nice uppercut by Choi and Sicilia looks for a takedown. Choi tries a jumping knee and runs into punches. One minute in. Counter 2-3 drops Sicilia and the follow-up punches polish him off.

Round 1: Big swings early from both men. They clinch, neither man can complete a takedown. One minute in. Counter hook by Yang, body kick by Collier. Nice kicks and punches by Collier, who drops Yang with a straight right. Collier takes top half guard. Yang uses an underhook to stand back up and they separate. Two minutes in. Low kick by Collier. Nice counters from the Korean. Yang takes a finger to the eye as he tries to advance. Frantic restart, both men flinging punches and looking for takedown in the clinch. Yang catches a kick and takes Collier down. Hard left by The Ox. Two minutes to go.
Collier makes it back to his feet, then reverses a trip takedown into half guard. One minute to go. Yang gets back to his feet and fights off a couple of takedowns, landing elbows as he does. Collier stands and separates. Yang hits a throw from the whizzer before the bell. Fun fight. 10-9 Collier.
Round 2: Low kick from Collier. Collier catches a kick and they scramble. Collier latches onto a guillotine as Yang tekes him down into guard. Yang gets his head out and goes to work with hard punches. Collier rolls through for a leg and Yang bashes away. Collier looks for a kneebar, can't get it and continues eating heavy blows from The Ox. He covers up as Yang lays into him with hammerfists and doesn't protest when the ref steps in.

Round 1: Left hook from Nam before he shoots in, pressing de la Torre against the fence. Big left hook from de la Torre and another rocks Nam. Nam brawling with him but getting the worst of it. de la Torre ties up against the fence. One minute in. Nasty cut over Nam's left eye. Nam attempts an outside trip, can't get it and they jockey for position. Knees to the body. They separate and he lands some heavy right hands on de la Torre's jaw before they clinch again. Two minutes in. Knees to the body from Nam, who tries another trip. de la Torre tries one himself. They separate. Nam shoots in and gets to the rear waistlock. Two minutes to go.
de la Torre turns to face him, pressing Nam against the fence. More knees in the clinch from Nam. de la Torre answers in kind, then lands heel kicks to the thigh. One minute to go. The ref separates them. More hard punches from both men. They clinch until the bell. 10-9 de la Torre.
Round 2: Left hook from de la Torre and Nam shoots in again. de la Torre turns him around on the fence, Nam does the same and changes levels. More jockeying for position. One minute in. They alternate outside position on the fence. Nam grabs the rear waistlock, can't keep it. Knee to the body before they separate. 2-3 from Nam lands flush. de la Torre stuffs a shot and gets double unders. Two minutes in. The ref splits them up before much can happen. Hard counter right by the Korean. Two minutes to go.
de la Torre counters an ugly shot with a left hook. Lead right by Nam, who shoots in once again. Browne elbows by de la Torre as he attempts to hit the switch. They stand and again jockey on the fence. One minute to go. The ref splits them up. Nam winging wild punches, lands a right hand and they tie up. 10-9 Nam.
Round 3: Nam charges in with a hard right hand. Heavy kick by de la Torre in response and Nam cracks him with another overhand right. Nam catches a kick and completes his first takedown. de la Torre pops right back up and they separate. Body kick by the American. Nam continues to shoot, again and again. He gets in on Kuntz's legs, can't complete it. de la Torre reverses position, Nam does the same. Knees by the Korean. Two minutes in. Leon Roberts splits them up. Both men swing big. One minute to go. Bang eventually loses it and scoots to the fence. Nasty cut over Bang's eye. The Korean manages to stand, eating a knee to the groin. Quick punching exchanges, neither man lands clean. 1-2 by Kuntz, Bang comes back with a spinning elbow and backs him up with punches. Two minutes to go.
Kuntz shoots, Bang stops it and knees the head. Kuntz continues to drive, completing the takedown on the fence. Bang tries to turn into him and stands after some time in the front headlock. One minute to go. 3-2 by Bang. Counter right. Both men bleeding from big cuts. 10-9 Bang.
Round 2: They continue to trade right off the bat. Both men land hard right hands. Kuntz changes levels, trying the same takedown entry as before. Bang defending on the fence. One minute in. Kuntz keeps on driving. They separate. Two minutes in. Left hook by Bang and another exchange. Cross counter. Lead hook connects, backing Kuntz up. Kuntz shoots in for a single-leg, transitions to a double and takes Bang down into side control. Kuntz takes the back. Two minutes to go.
Kuntz gets both hooks in and looks for the choke. Bang not even using his hands to defend. One minute to go. Bang gets the hooks off and takes top position. Kuntz cracks him with an upkick and gets up. Bang's arms appear to be fried. 10-9 Kuntz.
Round 3: Counter right by Bang. Stiff jab, then a 3-2. Kuntz connects with a right hand in return. Kuntz shoots in. One minute in. Browne elbows from Bang as Kuntz looks for a single. Bang pulls guard on an arm-in guillotine. He's squeezing with everything he's got, but Kuntz patiently works his head free. Short hammerfists by Kuntz. Bang trying to scoot to the fence. He gets some help from the ref, who stands them up. Bang slowly works his way back to his feet. Two minutes to go.
Counter right by Bang, stopping a takedown. Bang shoots, taking Kuntz down on the fence. Kuntz gets to his feet and spins free. One minute to go. Counter right by the Korean. Again. Casey comes back with the low kick, then a flush head kick that kicks off a bruising exchange. Two minutes to go.
Both land counters. Quick exchange. Left hands from both women. Clash of heads pauses the fight. 1-2 by Ham, 2-3 from Casey. Ham catches a low kick while she counters. Casey blitzes and they slug on the fence. 10-9 Casey.
Round 2: Ham steps in with a left to the body. Tentative low kicks. One minute in. Clipping right hand by Casey drops Ham, Ham comes back with a hard left hand in return. Casey takes a finger in the eye. Two minutes in. Body kick by Ham countered by right hands. 2-3 counter by the Korean. Two minutes to go.
Ham with a body kick, takes a right uppercut. Ham enters the clinch behind left hands. They separate. Counter right by Casey. Ham low kick hits cup. One minute to go. Ham staying busy with kicks. Nice exchange in the center. Counter left by Ham. Casey fires a right hand and Ham chases her until the bell. 10-9 Ham.
Round 3: Low kicks from both. Ham tossing out front kicks to the body. Hard left straight by Ham, then another on the exit. Spinning back kick by Ham, who's now in pursuit. One minute in. Good combination by Ham as she steps into the clinch. Casey backs her off with a 2-3, but Ham is staying on her. Body kick connects, then another straight left and more body kicks. Sneaky backfist. Two minutes in. Ham keeping up a lot of pressure, steps into the clinch with a knee to the body. They separate. Counter 1-2 from Ham. Casey just unable to keep Ham off her. Two minutes to go.
Casey clinches, Ham reverses. They jockey for position. Ham tries a trip takedown, then lands a punching combination after they separate. They briefly slug it out, Ham getting the better of it. One minute to go. Casey tries a throw, Ham defends with the whizzer. They separate from the clinch and Casey cracks her with some punches before the bell. 10-9 Ham.

Round 1: Serrano opens with a low kick. Again and Yao counters with punches. Good left by Yao, but Serrano changes levels and dumps him on the mat with a nice takedown. Yao, like so many before him, posts on the way down and violently dislocates his elbow. Jesus.
Final result: Serrano def. Yao by TKO (arm injury)

Round 1: Beltran sticks out a side kick, then a missed front kick that draws a smile. One minute in. Head kick falls short for Beltran, as does an overhand from Ning. Beltran doing a solid job of keeping him at range so far. Body kick by Beltran, punching rush by Ning. Two minutes in. Ning slips on a kick and winds up hitting groin. Beltran keeps up the kicks, including a missed hook kick. Two minutes to go.
Ning just entirely unable to close the gap so far. Beltran just tossing out the occasional strike and circling away. One minute to go. Ning trying to pin him down on the fence, manages to lands a left to the body. Beltran trips him down at the bell. 10-9 Beltran.
Round 2: Beltran tosses out a high kick, eats punches in return. Ning rushes him down and manages to get on top after Beltran slips throwing a kick. Full guard. Short right hands from Ning. Beltran looking to set something up on Ning's left arm. One minute in. He's doing a good job of nullifying the Chinese fighter's ground-and-pound. Beltran gets the body triangle and the two flail away for a bit. Two minutes in. Referee stands them up. Two minutes to go.
Solid leg kick by Beltran. Ref calls for action, Ning responds with a low kick. Head kick from Beltran. One minute to go. Low kicks from Ning. Beltran's corner literally tells him to wake up. They finally trade at the bell. 10-9 Ning.
Round 3: Low kick by Ning. Counter left as Ning tries to rush. Beltran now putting his punches together, though not really landing. One minute in. Both men whiff on punches. Low kick exchange. Crowd is not happy with the lack of action. Right hook lands for Ning. Two minutes in. Straight right by Beltran. Ning catches a front kick and tries to take Beltran down, tying up on the fence. Two minutes to go.
Ning with an elbow on the break and overhand left. He ties up, taking a couple knees to the body in the process. Beltran with a knee on the break and a solid flurry. Ning comes back with body shots and clinches up. One minute to go. Knees by Beltran, body shots by Ning, who clinches once more. Hard knee by Beltran in the waning seconds. 10-9 Beltran.

Round 1: Steele on the front foot to begin. Low kick from Kim. Kim runs smack into a left hook and goes down hard, but manages to tie Steele up and work his way back to his feet on the fence. One minute in. Kim grabs the bodylock and reverses, nearly hitting a takedown before Steele manages to separate. 1-2 by Steele. They clinch and Steele cracks him with some left hands before taking him to the fence. They jockey for position. Two minutes in. Steele manages to reverse after a while and blast Kim with a heavy left hand. They trade absolute bombs at close range until Steele shoots. He completes the double-leg, avoiding a guillotine in the proces. Two minutes to go.
Solid short shots by Steele. Kim uses the fence to stand and reverses. Kim attempts a spinning elbow, then lands a straight left on the break. They pause to deal with loose tape on Steele's glove. One minute to go. Steele counters a body kick and lands some hard punches, only to run into counters and back off. Kim cracks him with a jumping knee to the gut and continues to advance until the bell. 10-9 Steele.
Round 2: Kim looking for kicks early, continuing to switch stances. Steele counters a low kick with a right hand and takes Kim down into guard. Kim makes his way to the fence and tries to stand, giving up his back in the process. The Maestro stands and reverses Steele into the fence. One minute in. Nasty lump under the Korean's eye. Steele reverses, Kim does the same. Solid knees by Kim. Steele cracks him with an elbow and dumps him with a double-leg. Two minutes in. Short shots by Steele, Hard elbows. Two minutes to go.
Steele continues to grind away from guard, landing solid elbows. One minute to go. Steele doing a lot of good work from top position. The punches and elbows pile up until the bell. 10-9 Steele.
Round 3: Nice check hook by Kim, but Steele blasts through with a double-leg and hits a savage slam, putting Kim to sleep before the elbows even connect.
