There's no better way to preview an upcoming fight than by looking at what each combatant is capable of.
To that end, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) released a pair of free fights -- in their entirety -- to show you, the fickle mixed martial arts (MMA) fan, just how dangerous Neil Magny and Kelvin Gastelum can be once locked inside the Octagon.
Something that will happen this Saturday night (Nov. 21, 2015) when the promotion stages its UFC Fight Night 78 event on FOX Sports 1 from inside Monterrey Arena in Monterrey, Mexico, with special "Prelims" fights on the UFC Fight Pass digital network.

Magny (16-4) stepped up on short notice -- because he's good like that -- to fill in for the injured Matt Brown. In fact, the 28-year-old welterweight competed twice this past August, splitting a pair of fights between Demian Maia (loss) and Erick Silva (win).
But for the purposes of today's column, we'll look back to his blistering second-round technical knockout victory over Hyun Gyu Lim last May in the Philippines:
Boom.
In the opposing corner is Gastelum (11-1), who upset The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) apple cart by turning away Uriah Hall -- the heavily favored finalist -- in the season 17 finale in early 2013. Since then, the former middleweight went 5-1 with his only loss coming to Tyron Woodley in a super-close fight at UFC 183 last January.
But when you talk about his wins, you cannot do so without mentioning this shellacking over Nate Marquardt:
Brutal.
