Impressive -- though I'd like to see him try that with my granny's cast-iron skillet.
The undefeated Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight phenom will face Cody Pfister at the upcoming UFC Fight Night 80 mixed martial arts (MMA) event on UFC Fight Pass, scheduled for Dec. 10, 2015 inside Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Northcutt (6-0) has dominated the media headlines since his UFC 192 win over Francisco Trevino earlier this year in Houston, Texas. Not only is "Super" one of promotion president Dana White's handpicked future stars, he's also the toast of the Tristar town.
And the bane of Bed, Bath, and Beyond franchises nationwide.
UFC Fight Night 80 features 115-pound sensation Paige VanZant in her first headlining act. Anchoring her strawweight showdown opposite Rose Namajunas is the lightweight bangfest pitting longtime veteran Jim Miler opposite venerable Ultimate Fighter (TUF) standout Mike Chiesa.
