Jon Jones oozes pride as 'big sis' Holly Holm claims Bantamweight belt with Ronda Rousey knockout

"Bones" is back on social media, this time to congratulate his Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA teammate Holly Holm on her unforgettable knockout victory over Ronda Rousey.

Jon Jones has been an instrumental, but largely, shadowy figure in Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women's Bantamweight titleholder Holly Holm's past mixed martial arts (MMA) camps. "Bones" sent his unwavering support and knowledge the way of "Preacher's Daughter" ahead of her UFC 193 pay-per-view (PPV) tussle with Ronda Rousey last night (Sat., Nov. 14, 2015) inside Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Holm shocked the world as she repeatedly beat "Rowdy" to the punch (recap), took her down and then knocked out the former 135-pound queenpin.

And the former Light Heavyweight champion couldn't be more happier for his Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA teammate and "big sister."

Words can't express how proud I am right now! Honestly can't think of anyone else who deserves to be a champion more than Holly Holm Congratulations big sis!

The ex-boxing powerhouse Holm was taken back by her perfect performance against Rousey "Down Under" and may have some business to settle with the latter in the near future, if she doesn't "disappear" for too long.

Holm's upset win shakes up the bantamweight division as she now turns into the hunted after pocketing massive amounts of dough.

The 34-year-old is the only champion currently based out of the Albuquerque, N.M. camp, but there could be one more should ex-interim 170-pound beltholder Carlos Condit dispatch of divisional overseer Robbie Lawler at UFC 195 in January.

Jones, meanwhile, is awaiting a potential 205-pound title shot against rival and current king Daniel Cormier in spring 2016 after being reinstated to UFC last month.
