UFC 193 video: Holly Holm says 'mastermind' Greg Jackson was difference maker in title win over Ronda Rousey

"Preacher's Daughter" scored the upset knockout win over former pound-for-pound star Ronda Rousey in Melbourne and thanked her Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA coaches that helped get her to this point.

Holly Holm shocked the mixed martial arts (MMA) universe and turned social media upside down with her one-sided drubbing of previous Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women's Bantamweight titleholder Ronda Rousey at UFC 193 last night (Sat., Nov. 14, 2015) inside Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

"Preacher's Daughter" became the second women's 135-pound ruler in UFC history off of a sound boxing gameplan that saw her routinely bust up the face of "Rowdy" with precise straight lefts all night. Holm shook off a throw from the former Olympic Judoka and even put her on the canvas at one point.

When the second round rolled around, the 34-year-old flattened Rousey with a left high kick and hammer fists to notch the momentous upset victory, for which she thanked her coaches at the Albuquerque, N.M., Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA camp.

From her conversation with Karyn Bryant and the FOX Sports UFC desk:

"I can't tell you how many times we've done that defense [for Rousey's armbar] for this camp. Everybody is saying, 'Are you working on your armbar defense?' We were working on everything, not just that. I had the best help in the world. At Jackson-Winks, it really came down to a whole gameplan and Greg Jackson is the mastermind of being able to put all this together. I had a lot of repetitions on all of this stuff at home. I had the stand-up with Mike Winkeljohn my coach and my coach Greg Jackson just really helped kind of keeping it simple and not getting to involved on the ground and definitely being careful in what I'm throwing with the strikes. My wrestling coach, Izzy Martinez, just for that kind of physical fight in between all of that. There's so much to MMA that I had to have the best help that I could have and I had no excuse and I said that before this fight. I just need to perform and I had all the help I need."

Holm was quite emotional following the win and showed as much on-air.

Rousey, meanwhile, was transported to a local hospital because of a split lip. Provided the 28-year-old movie star doesn't "disappear" for too long, UFC President Dana White says we could have an immediate rematch on our hands.

And just when you thought there was some good news coming the way of "Cupcake."
