UFC 193: Ronda Rousey slams 'fake,' 'frustrated' Holly Holm ahead of title fight tonight

Fireworks!

That's what the UFC 193 weigh ins sparked yesterday (Fri., Nov. 13, 2015) when undefeated women's Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey and No. 7-ranked challenger Holly Holm stood nose-to-nose on the stage inside Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

"Rowdy" heads into her sixth straight title defense amid anger and chaos -- as she somewhat did prior to her last Octagon jaunt in August against Bethe Correia -- looking to expose "The Preacher's Daughter."

From her conversation with FOX Sports:

"Well, all I really noticed about her was at the staredowns and during the weigh ins, she likes to have her hand on the outside. So I just wanted to place my hand on the outside that was it and I could tell that she got really frustrated and didn't like that and actually put her fist on my face and I didn't think that was called for at all. All I wanted to do was have my hand to the outside and I was already frustrating her and I really felt like all that sweetness and respect leading up to this point was really fake and I saw it in that moment. I'm gonna show her what's up on Sunday; I'm done with all of this."

The 28-year-old mixed martial arts (MMA) dynamo couldn't be restrained by her boss, UFC President Dana White, but helps bolster a card with lofty goals already within reach.

Rousey is pegged to win by a landslide and has plans of disappearing to film a slew of movies in 2016 after dominating the likes of past title challengers Cat Zingano and Correia already in 2015.

Holm, meanwhile, is 2-0 in UFC and has a bright training staff behind her, Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA, as well as former pound-for-pound brute Jon Jones giving her nuggets of wisdom.

Also on the colossal card is a women's Strawweight title romp in the co-main event between 115-pound ruler Joanna Jedrzejczyk and No. 8-ranked Valerie Letourneau.
