UFC 193: Gian Villante is a big dude, will squash 'The Hippo' with one-hitter quitter (Video)

"Even though I'm fighting an Australian, I expect to have the crowd on my side pretty quick. [Perosh] will be able to take a beating, for sure, but I'm going to make sure he gets that beating. I saw what my boy (Ryan) Bader did to him, it was nasty to look at. He's a tough dude, but I'm going to make sure I put him out. That's my goal, I know I can, I possess a different type of power in this division. I'm a big dude, I come from a football background. I got that one-hitter quitter in me. This guy is going to realize it and it's not going to be good."

There's power, then there's Gian Villante power. That's a lesson aging Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight Anthony Perosh is going to learn fairly quickly, assuming the Bellmore brawler is accurate with his prediction in the video above. In fact, Villante (13-6) assures MMA Noise that his fight against "The Hippo," which takes place at this weekend's (Sat., Nov. 14, 2015) UFC 193 pay-per-view (PPV) event inside Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, is likely to end with a one-punch knockout.
