Undefeated Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women's bantamweight champion and 2015 ESPY award winner Ronda Rousey joined SportsCenter anchor Lindsay Czarniak for last night's (Weds., Oct. 7, 2015) show, breaking down mixed martial arts (MMA) and talking all things sports.
Of note was her advice for aging basketball legend Kobe Bryant, who may or may not call it a career. "Rowdy" believes that once you start contemplating retirement, that's a pretty good indication that it's time to walk away.

Her words (via MMA Fighting):
"I think if you're wondering whether or not you should play, that's the time that you should kind of think about stepping away," Rousey said. "Every single time I pull up to the gym, I park and I run from my car into the door of the gym, because I'm so excited to be there. If you're wondering whether or not you should be there, it's getting to be about that time."
And no Rousey appearance would be complete without an armbar demonstration:
Rousey will put her bantamweight title on the line against unbeaten striking specialist Holly Holm at the upcoming UFC 193 pay-per-view (PPV) event, which takes place on Sat., Nov. 14, 2015, inside Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
