The worst part about this video, which features Diaperweight Champion Travis Wolford, is that every time I see UFC heavyweight Cain Velasquez and his "Brown Pride" tattoo, I'm going to be thinking about the aforementioned "Brown Bomber" and his inability to control his bowels.

Anyway, I feel kinda bad for Wolford. I remember this one time in college when I had cafeteria chili and washed it down with some apple juice. It was so bad, even the two girls from that "One Cup" video would have run for the hills.
