Jon Jones is back in the gym getting his swole on, as the former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight champion proves once again that he is dedicated to packing on muscle like never before while on hiatus.
In his latest clip courtesy of MMA Digest, "Bones" can be seen bench pressing and squatting what appears to be an impressive 345 pounds
Jones hasn't competed since getting suspended for his involvement in a hit-and-run accident earlier this year.
But, that doesn't mean the former king of the 205-pound division has sat on his butt, packing on the unhealthy pounds. On the contrary, "Bones" seems to be determined to add more muscle to his frame ahead of his eventual return to the Octagon.
In fact, his comeback could come sooner than expected after the troubled fighter received probation as part of a plea deal for his latest transgression.
Meantime, while an exact timetable for his return is currently unavailable, Jones has wasted little time in renewing his rivalry with current division champion, Daniel Cormier.
