Breaking: Johny Hendricks vs Tyron Woodley pulled from UFC 192 after 'Rigg' weight-cutting fail

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) dropped a 170-pound bomb on fight fans just a few hours ahead of its UFC 192 weigh in event, pulling former welterweight champion Johny Hendricks from his Tyron Woodley co-headliner after a weight-cutting fail.

One that ended with a blocked intestine, as well as a trip to the hospital.

"The weight was coming off fine and then yesterday my body just started to shut down," Hendricks told Ariel Helwani. "Then yesterday my body just started to shut down. When it hit that point, I tried to push through it, and well, it didn't go well because then I had to go to the ER."

I imagine "The Chosen One" is probably a volcano, as he was hellbent on settling his "Bigg Rigg" score at tomorrow night's (Sat., Oct. 3, 2015) mixed martial arts (MMA) pay-per-view (PPV) event, booked for Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.

Hendricks looked to have finally slayed his weight-cutting demons after parting ways with famed diet guru Mike Dolce. In fact, the bearded brawler was recently parading around town with a set of abs (see them here) and was said to be at 183 pounds during Thursday's media day.

Expect the UFC 192 line up to be re-worked and finalized over the next few hours.

Stay tuned.
