Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight champion Jon Jones appeared in Second Judicial District Court earlier this week (Tues., Sept. 29, 2015) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to answer for last April's felony hit-and-run.
After reaching a plea deal with the district attorney, one that included full restitution to the victim who was hospitalized as a result of the crash, "Bones" was sentenced to supervised probation for up to 18 months, which includes 72 appearances for youth outreach.

While Jones gets his head back in the game, the belt that was stripped from the embattled ex-champ will be defended at the UFC 192 pay-per-view (PPV) event this weekend (Sat., Oct. 3, 2015) in Houston, Texas, with a couple of familiar faces in the headlining act.
