It's good to be the champ.

Carla Esparza made history by becoming the first-ever Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) strawweight champion after defeating Rose Namajunas at The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 20 Finale, which went down on Dec. 12, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Full results here.

To celebrate, Esparza and her BFF, Felice Herrig, decided to scratch an item off "Cookie Monster's" bucket list by spending a whopping $1000 on the world-famous Golden Opulence Sundae.

The expensive treat -- which can only be purchased at Serendipity 3 restaurant  in New York City -- is filled with all kinds of goodies and actual gold. Take a look at all of the ingredients (via Bloody Elbow):

"Golden Opulence Sundae is made using three to five scoops of rich Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream infused with Madagascar vanilla and covered in 23k edible gold leaf. The chocolate syrup used is from melted Amedei Porcelana, one of the world's most expensive chocolates; and covered with chunks of rare Chuao chocolate, which is from cocoa beans harvested by the Caribbean Sea on Venezuela's coast. The sundae is then adorned with 'exotic candied fruits from Paris, gold covered almonds/dragets, chocolate truffles and marzipan cherries.' Added to the dessert is a tiny glass bowl of Grand Passion Caviar, an exclusive dessert caviar, made of salt-free American Golden caviar, known for its sparkling golden color. It's sweetened and infused with fresh passion fruit, orange and Armagnac. Edible gold leaf is made from pure gold that is compressed or rolled into very thin sheets that are only a few micrometers thick and contain no other metals or impurities. It is finally topped off with a gilded sugar flower and sprinkled with small flakes of more edible gold."

Ok, last Golden Opulence sundae pic I promise!!! Lol just wanted to give you a close up @serendipity3nyc

Nothing wrong with a little splurge after making history and capturing a UFC world title.

Carla, though, made it very clear via her Instagram account that she is not about to make it a habit of spending her coin on extravagant and overpriced things, as she declared that it was a one-time thing to celebrate how far she, and women's mixed martial arts (MMA), have come.

Dolla, dolla bills, ya'll!

Question is, since Herrig helped eat the sundae, did she go halves on the bill?
