Jim Hettes hospitalized, fight against Diego Brandao scratched from UFC 183

"DB" has been stood up once again.

Up-and-coming featherweight Jim Hettes will not be fighting Diego Brandao on the UFC Fight Pass "Prelims" portion of tonight's (Sat., Jan. 31, 2015) UFC 183 fight card, currently going down at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

"Having experienced a medical issue backstage, Jimy Hettes has been ruled out of tonight's fight by doctors and commission officials," according to a statement sent to MMA Junkie. "He has been transported to a local hospital for safety reasons."

Let's hope he's okay.
