"I think Ben Henderson won. Cowboy looked like he couldn't get off tonight, like he couldn't pull the trigger. That was my perception watching the fight. I say this all the time and I will say it again: If you don't want to be disappointed, take it out of the hands of the judges. There's nothing else to say, it happens all the time."
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White believes former lightweight champion Ben Henderson was the better fighter at UFC Fight Night 59 (full results here), which took place last Sunday night (Jan. 18, 2015) inside TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The judges, however, did not agree (see the official scorecards here) and awarded the decision to Donald Cerrone in the FOX Sports 1 co-main event (watch the replay here). That said, White doesn't sound overly sympathetic because "Smooth" had a responsibility to finish the fight if he wanted to guarantee himself a victory in "Beantown." Any fight fans out there scoring it for "Cowboy?"
