Dear Rory MacDonald,

Nobody likes you!

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White is "very excited" about the future of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 17 winner Kelvin Gastelum, who dropped down from middleweight after gradating the combat sports reality show and has since gone 4-0 (10-0 overall).

In fact, he might be in line for a shot at the welterweight title when champion Robbie Lawler returns this summer.

"No doubt about it," White told LaAficion (via MMA Fighting). "He could fight Lawler for the title this year if he beats Tyron Woodley."

That means Johny Hendricks would be sent packing -- even if he defeats Matt Brown at UFC 185 this spring. And joining him on the coulda been a contenda bench will be Rory MacDonald, who would still be left out in the cold with a win over Hector Lombard.

Naturally, neither man has to worry about that if Gastelum falls to Tyron Woodley at the upcoming UFC 183 pay-per-view (PPV) event later this month in Las Vegas, Nevada (more on that here). But if he does, White may have some blocking to do on Twitter.
