Pic: Michael Chiesa suffered a horrific gash above his eye (via Tatame), after getting drilled with a knee by UFC Fight Night 50 opponent Joe Lauzon to open the FOX Sports 1 main card on Friday night (Sept. 5, 2014) in Mashantucket, Connecticut. The official ruling is technical knockout (TKO) via doctor's stoppage, but don't be surprised to see a rematch at some point down the road. It was an amazing fight while it lasted.
