ONE FC 19 live results stream for 'Reign of Champions' in Dubai

The live action begins early this morning (Fri., Aug. 29, 2014) at 10 a.m. ET from inside Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Asia's premiere mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion is back this Friday morning (Aug. 29, 2014) with three title fights in tow as ONE FC hits the Mecca of Excess, Dubai, for its nineteenth show.

MMAmania will have LIVE coverage of the event, starting with the online pay-per-view at 10:00 AM ET.

In the main event, venerable submission ace Shinya Aoki puts his lightweight title on the line against WEC and UFC veteran Kamal Shalorus, who has picked up two straight wins under the promotion's banner.

Before this, former Bellator champion Ben Askren will take on knockout artist Nobutatsu Suzuki, with Suzuki putting his welterweight title on the line. Koji Oishi, who recently scored two brutal knockouts over Honorio Banario, will also risk his featherweight belt against Mongolian standout Jadamba Narantungalag, who has won nine of his last 10 fights with the only loss coming via injury.

The card will also feature the return of Roger Huerta against unbeaten Englishman Christian Holley. "El Matador" will be competing once more at lightweight after a rough go at 170 pounds.

Round one: Aoki moves into the clinch right away, pushing Shalorus against the cage. He completes the double-leg. Shalorus holding down Aoki's posture as Aoki tries to work from side control. One minute in.  Aoki tries to float into mount, cannot do so. Shalorus with his back against the cage. Now Aoki moves into mount. Shalorus gives up his back and Aoki latches on. Two minutes in. Aoki's got the RNC grip and the tap comes soon after.

Final result: Aoki def. Shalorus by submission (rear-naked choke)

Nobutatsu Suzuki (c) vs. Ben Askren

Round one: Askren immediately shoots in, avoiding a knee in the process. He gets to Suzuki's back and begins to frantically drop punches. Knee to the head from Askren, then more punches. Askren continuing to drop heavy shots. One minute in. Suzuki covering up. Knee by Askren. Yet more punches by Askren and the ref steps in as Suzuki rolls to his stomach.

Final result: Askren def. Suzuki by TKO (punches)

Koji Oishi (c) vs. Jadamba Narantungalag

Round one: Narantungalag is JN until the end of this fight. Got a problem with that? No? Good.

JN moves in, bouncing some punches off Oishi's guard. Body kick from the Mongolian. One minute in. JN ducks a right hand and swats him with a left. Low kick from JN. Oishi blocks a two-piece combo. Two minutes in. High kick from JN blocked. Brief clinch. JN misses a counter left hook. Body shot by Oishi. Lead uppercut by Jadamba and he moves into the clinch against the fence. Two minutes to go.

JN heaves him up and drops him down, nearly taking the back before Oishi stands. Orhishi on his feet, JN with the rear waistlock. Knees to the butt by JN. One minute to go. JN trying to wrangle him away from the cage. Knee to the head. Oishi turns to face him, still pressed into the fence. Round ends there. Narantungalag with the slight edge.

Round two: JN advancing. Low kick lands. One to the outside this time. Good right straight by the champ. JN misses with an uppercut. Teep. One minute in. JN pops him with a jab. Low kick connects. Oishi lands a body shot after ducking a right. Left hook up top. Two minutes in. Oishi with a pair of quick jabs. Hard right hand by Jadamba gets Oishi's attention. JN tries to pour it on and hits an inside trip. Oishi turtling. JN landing knees and punches to the head  from there. Oishi trying to get out of the position. Two minutes to go.

Referee urging Oishi to get out of trouble. JN picking his shots. Oishi gets to his feet with JN on top. JN grabs the RNC without the hooks, but Oishi reverses into JN's half guard. One minute to go. Oishi with some short punches. JN regains guard with an overhook. Back to half guard. Round ends; Jadamba building the lead.

Round three: Oishi's left eye looks horrible, but they're going right back to it.

Oishi circling, JN advancing as usual. Good right straight from the champ. One minute in. Right hand and left hook by Jadamba, plus a knee to cap it off. JN winging haymakers when he gets into close range.  Oishi catches a high kick and takes JN down. JN back to his feet. 1-2 by Oishi. Two minutes in. Oishi's cut. JN body kick blocked. Two minutes to go.

Lead right lands for JN. Leg kick connects. Another right from the challenger. Low kick and right hand. Big Oishi straight rattles JN. JN firing back with heavy shots but Oishi's moving in. One minute to go, things slow back down. JN moves in with a flurry, ending with a right to the body. Wheel kick by Jadamba. Spinning back kick right after. JN lead left hook is blocked. Round ends without any more action. Oishi had his moments, but Narantungalag is still in the lead.

Round four: JN shoots in against the cage. Knee to the body. Jadamba scoops him up, takes him down and gets the back. Oishi back to his feet and spins, taking a knee to the body before exiting. Oishi with a couple punches, Jadamba lands a standing knee. JN bullies him to the fence with strikes, then drops for a takedown and completes it. Ninety seconds in. JN looking to take the back again. Oishi back to his feet, back against the cage. Ref breaks them up two minutes in.

JN inside low kick. 1-2 by Oishi connects. Oishi cracks him with a counter right while taking one to the body. Two minutes to go.

Oishi hits him with a powerful left hook. JN swings a couple haymakers. Head kick lands for JN, follow-up punches don't. He moves into the clinch against the cage. Short knees by JN. One minute to go. Referee splits them up. Lead right by JN. Oishi's response falls short. Low kick by JN. Right haymaker does not connect. JN lead elbow, right hand blocked. Bell. Oishi landed some powerful counters but so far can't halt the Mongolian's advance.

Round five: JN pops him with a jab. Oishi left hook comes up short. High kick blocked for Jadamba. Oishi blasts him with a sequence of right straights. JN fires back. Left hand from JN. Good right by JN, then a hook. One minute in. Lead right connects. Oishi with an overhand right, JN with a straight. Low kick lands. Front kick comes up short. Jadamba counter left. Jab lands. Oishi counter right hand connects. Two minutes in. Jadamba with a right to the body. Oishi falling short with his punches. JN shoots in and completes a takedown against the cage. Oishi gives up his back. JN fishing for the choke. JN turning it into a bulldog choke, but it's not under the chin. Two minutes to go.

Jadamba hitting him with short punches from this headlock position. Oishi not looking to advance. JN leisurely bonking him with right hands. One minute to go. Oishi looking to get his hooks in. He gets one in before JN reverses into top position. Oishi turtles. JN drops knees to the body. Oishi looking to stand, taking knees to the body and thigh until the bell. Should be a win for Narantungalag.

Final result: Narantungalag def. Oishi by unanimous decision

Roger Huerta vs. Christian Holley

Round one: Holley lands a high kick, which Huerta uses to take him down into side control. Holley manages to roll through. Roger lands a knee and winds up on Holley's back. Holley gets out through the back door and gets in on Roger's hips against the cage. One minute in. Holley completes the takedown. Huerta seated against the cage. Holley flubs an attempt to improve position and Huerta ends up on top in half guard. Two minutes in. Huerta lands some knees to the head. More knees by Huerta. Huerta moves to side control and continues dropping knees to the head and body. Holley gives up his back and it's not long before Huerta flattens him out and drops punches until the referee has seen enough.

Final result: Huerta def. Holley by TKO (punches)

Cristiano Kaminishi vs. James McSweeney

Round one: Either due to my connection or the stream, the stream grinds to a halt.  By the time the page reloads, Kaminishi is unconscious. Replay shows McSweeney knocking him down with a right straight and then out with a massive soccer kick.

Final result: McSweeney def. Kaminishi by knockout (soccer kick)

Herbert Burns vs. Hiroshige Tanaka

Round one: Fun fact: Burns' older brother is UFC welterweight Gilbert "Durinho" Burns.

Tanaka comes up short with a left straight. He avoids a high kick. Quick knee pick attempt, doesn't commit. Burns shoots in, gets stuffed, and narrowly misses with a spinning elbow on the exit. He shoots in again and presses Tanaka against the fence. One minute in. Tanaka defending well so far. Burns drags him down to his rear against the cage. Tanaka working to stand. He's back up. Two minutes in. Knees from Burns. Good level elbow. Tanaka reverses him against the cage and tries to dig in with short body blows. Two minutes to go, Yuji Shimada breaks them up.

Burns front kick is blocked. Right hand falls short. Tanaka prods him with a front kick. Lead left connects, Burns pops him with a right. Burns shoots in off a high kick and drags Tanaka down. He takes the back immediately and locks up the choke. One minute to go. Tanaka grimacing but manages to peel his hands off. Burns with the body triangle. Burns swings his legs for the armbar, which allows Tanaka to turn him over. Tanaka stands over him until the bell. Burns with the advantage so far.

Round two: Burns with an inside low kick. Lead left by Tanaka connects. Tanaka walks into a right hand that stumbles him. Burns jumps on him, pressing him against the cage. One minute in. Tanaka reverses. Short rights by Tanaka to the body. Burns reverses. Tanaka looking to make space. Tanaka eats an elbow, lands a right, gets popped with a knee, then makes space. Two minutes in. Lead right by Burns. Tanaka attempts another knee pick. Burns lead right. Front kick blocked. He shoots in and completes a double-leg against the cage. Two minutes to go.

Tanaka seated with his back on the cage. Burns controlling the legs with his and working towards mount. One minute to go. Burns with some short ground-and-pound. Tanaka pushes him away, only for Burns to re-enter with a knee to the face. Tanaka gets to his feet, though Burns is still on him. Tanaka gets a rear waistlock in the last few seconds. Still Burns' fight.

Round three: Burns lands a lead right early. High kick connects. Burns moving forward, Tanaka circling near the cage. Burns moves into the clinch. Tanaka reverses. One minute in. Now Burns reverses and lands a knee to thebody. Burns pulls guard. Tanaka stands over him and kicks the legs for a bit before the ref stands Burns up. 2-3 by Tanaka lands, Burns responds with a right straight. Two minutes in. Tanaka with another knee pick attempt. Right hook by Tanaka. Now he flurries on Burns against the cage. A couple good connections prompt Burns to shoot in and complete the takedown. Tanaka scoots to the cage and gets to a sitting position. Two minutes to go.

Tanaka looking to stand as Burns drives in on his hips. Back to seated. One minute to go. Tanaka swatting at him with hammerfists. Burns stands and lands a knee. Another good few before the bell. Burns should get the win.

Final result: Burns def. Tanaka by unanimous decision

Vaughn Donayre vs. Mohamad Walid

Round one: Donayre rushes in right away. The two trade quick punches and takedown attempts before Donayre tosses Walid to the ground. Donayre waves him back up. Walid shoots in after an overhand right. He stands over Donayre, which gives the latter room to stand. Walid uses the same entry into another takedown near the cage. Donayre using butterfly guard. Walid literally stands and walks into mount, instantly locking up the right arm and forcing Donayre to tap frantically to the armbar.

Final result: Walid def. Donayre by submission (armbar)

Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke vs. Ali Yaakub

Round one: Amnuaysirichoke will be known as DSA for the remainder of this fight. Screw that.

DSA opens with a leg kick. High kick blocked. He jumps in with an elbow that doesn't connect. Another hick kick blocked. Combination ends with a body kick. Another lead elbow comes up short, Yaakub lands a body kick. Good body kick by DSA. He catches a kick, doesn't do much with it. Lead knee by DSA, Yaakub presses him against the cage. DSA tosses him down right into mount. Two minutes in. DSA trying to control the wrist and land punches. Good elbows by the Thai. Yaakub gives up his back and DSA locks up the RNC quickly. There's the tap.

Final result: Sor Amnuaysirichoke def. Yaakub by submission (rear-naked choke)

Osman won via decision. This fight was not aired on the main stream and it was over by the time I knew where the Prelims were.
