UFC Fight Night 48 bonuses: Michael Bisping, Tyron Woodley stoppages earn $50K

Stephen R. Sylvanie-USA TODAY Sp

UFC Fight Night 48: "Bisping vs. Le" from the CotaiArena in Macau, China has officially wrapped, which means it's time for those select fighters who went above and beyond in their respective fights to get a little extra grease for their efforts.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) dished out its standard post-fight monetary bonuses to four of the 20 fighters on the card, and it's probably no surprise who's heading home with a second sack of simoleons.

This time around, there was no award given for "Fight of the Night". Instead, four fighters were awarded performance bonuses. That includes both the main and co-main event winners, Michael Bisping and Tyron Woodley, for their stoppage victories over Cung Le and Dong Hyun Kim, respectively. Elsewhere, Yuta Sasaki's submission win over Roland Delorme and Alberto Mina's TKO of Shinsho Anzai were rewarded.

Here are the special UFC Fight Night 48 bonuses:

Performance of the Night -- Michael Bisping

Performance of the Night -- Cung Le

Performance of the Night -- Yuta Sasaki

Performance of the Night -- Alberto Mina

Again, each fighter received $50,000 extra for their performances in addition to their respective base salaries, which we will pass along as soon as that information becomes available.
