Official UFC rankings updated after UFC Fight Night 42: Caraway cracks top 10, Khabilov and Moraga stand fast

The biggest changes came at bantamweight, courtesy of "Kid Lightning," and middleweight, following the departure of "The Filipino Wrecking Machine."

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has updated its "official" rankings in the wake of last weekend's (Sat., June 7, 2014) UFC Fight Night 42 mixed martial arts (MMA) event, which took place inside Tingley Coliseum in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Get full results here.

Former UFC lightweight champion Ben Henderson reclaims the No. 1 spot from Gilbert Melendez following his recent submission win over Rustam Khabilov. "The Tiger," however, stands fast at No. 11 despite getting tapped in "The Land of Enchantment."

Likewise for No. 1-ranked John Dodson, who along with John Moraga at No. 5, stays put.

Elsewhere in the brackets, Mark Munoz was pulled from the middleweight rankings because of his contract status (more on that here), giving a new spot to 185-pound veteran Thales Leites, while Bryan Caraway fish hooks his way into the top 10.
