Yeah, no.
Just because Dan Henderson was ragdolled in his last outing at light heavyweight (replay), doesn't mean a hasty drop down to the 185-pound division. In fact, "Hendo" thinks it's "funny" how rumors like that get started in mixed martial arts (MMA).
Blame his Muay Thai coach, Daniel Woirin.
It's funny how rumors get started. If you have read that I will be returning to middle weight. Not true, but always a possibility.

Henderson has competed at middleweight throughout his career, and even got a chance to fight Anderson Silva for the division title back at UFC 82. Unfortunately he came up short, and a five-round mugging against Jake Shields in 2010 sent him back to 205 pounds for good.
Though he insists a middleweight fight "remains a possibility."
The former Strikeforce titleholder turns 44 in August and is just 2-4 since returning to the Octagon in late 2011, with both of those wins coming over fellow PRIDE import Mauricio Rua.
