Those grisly submissions can't touch this gory arm dislocation suffered by Tammi Musumeci in her featherweight final against Michelle Nicolini at the IBJJF World Championships. But I didn't post this so you could wince at the elbow fail, but rather because Musumeci refused to tap and FINISHED THE MATCH. I tapped out just watching it. Respect.
