Demetrious Johnson dismantled Ali Bagautinov in the main event of last night's (Sat., June 14, 2014) UFC 174: "Johnson vs. Bagautinov" pay-per-view (PPV) at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada.
It was an impressive display of excellence from the reigning and defending flyweight champion.
Put simply, Johnson was better in every aspect of mixed martial arts (MMA), out-pacing his opponent for all five rounds of their 25-minute 125-pound battle. In fact, this bout may have only strengthened the argument of those who want so desperately to push "Mighty Mouse" as a top pound-for-pound fighter.
Bagautinov, meanwhile, was made to appear like just another trumped up challenger.
