Floyd Mayweather Jr. will soon step inside the squared circle to defend his perfect professional boxing record (45-0), as well as his WBC and The Ring Welterweight titles -- against the power-punching Marcos Maidana, who is no stranger to playing spoiler, handing Adrien Broner his first career loss back in Dec. 2013.
In doing so, Maidana captured WBA's Welterweight belt, which will also be on the line when he collides with "Money" later this evening (Sat., May 3, 2014) inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
