UFC 173: "Barao vs. Dillashaw" blew the roof off the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Sat., May 24, 2014, featuring a main event of TJ Dillashaw shocking the world and utterly decimating Renan Barao en route to winning the bantamweight title (watch the highlights here, breakdown here).
There's a new Alpha Male in town.
The co-headlining attraction showcased Daniel Cormier's wide range of skills, as he battered and bruised Dan Henderson for three full rounds (highlights can be viewed here, breakdown here) before submitting the legend by putting him to sleep.
Time for that title shot now.
The other three main card bouts saw Robbie Lawler finish Jake Ellenberger(highlights if you want them here, breakdown here), Takeya Mizugaki impose his will on Francisco Rivera (breakdown here), and Jamie Varner break his ankle leading to a TKO loss to James Krause (watch highlights here, read the breakdown here).
In cased you missed any or all of it -- or just want to keep the discussion alive -- below are links to all the major storylines borne from Saturday's event in Las Vegas.
