Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight titleholder Jon Jones is finally embracing his role as "heel," a pro wrestling term for "bad guy." That means you can expect a "cocky and arrogant" champ to accept the fact that he's an "eye poker."
Or not.
Jones seems to be having a personal battle within himself. How can he be a bad guy if he's no nice and humble?
See for yourself:
Nice shades.
Fresh off a dominating unanimous decision win over Glover Teixeira last month in Baltimore, Jones (20-1) will likely face Alexander Gustafsson later this year in a championship rematch from their UFC 165 last September.
He just doesn't want to talk about it.
Jones came under fire for blatant eye pokes in the win over Teixeira, something UFC President Dana White blamed on the champ's sizable reach. "Bones" responded to fan criticism by filming a video of himself crying like a baby.
You enjoying this new persona? Or not so much?
