UFC Fight Pass upgrade: Read new list of available countries for promotion's online digital subscription service

After debuting to a smaller audience in North America, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) "Fight Pass" online digital subscription service has now launched in 178 countries and territories.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has come through on the timetable originally given for the worldwide availability of its digital subscription service "Fight Pass" (full details here). Thus, making up for some of its shortcomings upon going live.

In Thursday's (March 6, 2014) press release, UFC unveiled the new countries that fall under the Fight Pass umbrella:

And with a new digital format, comes a new team of announcers.

That includes longtime emcee Andy Friedlander, who fills in for Bruce Buffer in fighter introductions. Sitting Octagonside will be veteran play-by-play broadcaster John Gooden, as UFC welterweight Dan Hardy (on heart hiatus) serves as color commentator.
