Evolve Mixed Martial Arts (Evolve MMA), Asia's top combat sports organization, today announced that it will be holding its inaugural tryouts for the Evolve Fight Team in summer of 2014. The Evolve Fight Team is looking to add another 15 professional athletes to its team.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn a high salary along with free corporate accommodation, lifetime access to free training and professional career management. The most recent additions to the Evolve MMA Fight Team are former Strikeforce 170-pound champion Tarec Saffiedine, ex-Bellator 170-pound champion Ben Askren and teenage Singaporean amateur Benedict Ang.
The tryouts will be overseen by MMA veteran and former U.S. Olympian Heath Sims as well as the rest of the coaching staff which includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champions Leandro Issa, Herbert Burns and Bruno Pucci, Muay Thai World Champions Attachai Fairtex, Orono Wor Petchpun and Namsaknoi Yudthagarngamtorn and ONE FC Superstars Eddie Ng, Leandro Ataides, and Jake Butler.
Evolve MMA is looking to add up to 15 more fighters to its team and Sims feels it is the perfect place for a mixed martial artist to fulfill their potential.
"The selected athletes will also have their careers managed and will potentially have an opportunity to compete in the world's largest fight organizations such as ONE FC and UFC. In addition, they will also have an amazing opportunity to help change the lives of our students through martial arts as full-time instructors at Evolve MMA."
