Metamoris returns with its latest and greatest professional jiu-jitsu invitational tournament TONIGHT (Sat., March 29, 2014), beginning at 7 p.m. ET with a match between Zak Maxwell vs. Sean Roberts that kicks off the online pay-per-view (PPV) grappling event (order it here).
For those who feel that watching jiu-jitsu is boring, think again, because Metamoris 3 will be shot in a multi-camera, high-definition (HD) format that features different angles to watch, depending on what's taking place during the match. In addition, UFC broadcaster Kenny Florian has been "tapped" to fill in as commentator alongside grappling stud Jeff Glover.
Metamoris 3, which takes place from Peterson Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, California, features six first-class Brazilian jiu-jitsu fights, including a headlining rematch between Eddie Bravo and Royler Gracie.
Here's is tonight's Metamoris 3 fight card and line up:
Metamoris 3 Main Event:
Eddie Bravo vs. Royler Gracie
Metamoris 3 Main Card:
Rafael Mendes vs. Clark Gracie
Keenan Cornelius vs. Vinny Magalhaes
Dean Lister vs. Renato Sobral
Gui Mendes vs. Samir Chantre
Zak Maxwell vs. Sean Roberts
Each Metamoris match lasts a single 20-minute round. There are no points awarded for position or advantage. Should neither combatant win via submission, a panel of three judges will decide a winner or rule a draw.
Metamoris 3 will be available to watch live via online PPV for just $20, beginning at 7 p.m. ET, right here. Doors to Peterson Automotive Museum will open at 6 p.m. ET. Remember, too, that MMAmania.com will also deliver a Metamoris 3 results recap immediately following the show.
