The co-headlining attraction of tonight's (Sun., Mar. 23, 2014) UFC Fight Night 38: "Henderson vs. Shogun 2" event on Fox Sports 1 from Natal, Brazil, featured Ultimate Fighter: Brazil winner Cezar Ferreira bringing his undefeated record inside the Octagon to his home country to battle perennial contender CB Dollaway.
Undefeated no longer.
Ferreira was pushing forward early, letting his fists fly and just missing on a few haymakers. A couple inches made all the difference here, as Dollaway leaned back, avoided taking too much damage, looked for his opening, and fired off two hard counter shots that found the mark.
Down goes Ferreira.
"The Doberman" followed up by getting taken off his feet with a weak kick from a dazed opponent but he made up for it with heavy shots to finish the job.
An impressive performance to snuff out a potential middleweight contender.
