Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) absorbed the contracts of 11 female fighters from Invicta FC's strawweight division in December of last year, ultimately leading to the announcement of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 20.
The twentieth edition of the combat sports reality show will feature Anthony Pettis and Gilbert Melendez as head coaches and will introduce the first-ever all-women cast, including Paige Van Zant, Carla Esparza, Felice Herrig, and Tecia Torres, just to name a few.
Now ZUFFA has revealed that it will be filling out the remaining spots by way of open tryouts.
Head down to the Grand Ballroom inside Palace Station Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, at 8 a.m. PT on April 28, 2014.
But make sure you can meet these guidelines!
Candidates must be female, between the ages of 21 and 34 years of age, have the legal ability to live and work in the United States, and have professional Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fight experience – holding a winning record (with verifiable records).
