What a difference two decades has made. Not long after Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) celebrated its 20th anniversary (details), Senator John McCain -- who once referred to cagefighting as "human cockfighting" -- came forward to give the sport of mixed martial arts (MMA) its due on Capitol Hill, as UFC and other lead organizations joined forces to combat head trauma (video).
