UFC on FOX 11: Pat Healy vs. Jorge Masvidal and Brad Tavares vs. Yoel Romero fatten April 19 fight card

It can be argued that UFC on FOX 11 is the most stacked fight card on the network to date. Especially with the announcement of these two new marquee match-ups.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will be holding UFC on FOX 11 from the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida on April 19, 2014.

Earlier this week, UFC officials announced that Pat Healy will hook 'em up with fellow lightweight Jorge Masvidal in the "Sunshine State," while Brad Tavares and Yoel Romero also go to war in middleweight action.

In the 155-pound bout featuring "Bam Bam" against "Gamebred," both men will be looking to get back on track following disappointing losses.

For Healy, the past year has been a whirlwind following a stellar performance against Jim Miller at UFC 159 that signaled his resurgence and resulted in a no-contest due to Healy's marijuana use. The former Strikeforce contender went on to be dismantled by Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 165, and then subsequently out-boxed by Bobby Green during UFC on FOX 9.

Masvidal, meanwhile, came up short against the newly-injured Rustam Khabilov, but prior to that had won three straight. The American Top Team product will have his hands full with Healy, but it's worth noting that the former Bellator MMA fighter has already beaten someone related to Pat.

His twin brother Ryan at Strikeforce at the Dome in 2008.

Tavares has won five straight decisions and has only knocked out one opponent in his time under the ZUFFA banner. The 26-year-old Xtreme Couture member will be taking a significant step up in competition against Romero (just as he asked to), a man who likes to bring fists to faces when he enters the Octagon.

Romero has won all three of his UFC scraps since coming over from Strikeforce. The 36-year-old "Soldier of God" is 7-1 with all seven of his victories coming by way of knockout. His late third-round stoppage of Derek Brunson at UFC Fight Night 35 is something you should go out of your way to see (watch it here).

UFC on FOX 11 is stacked with compelling fights for every type of mixed martial arts (MMA) fan, from the heavyweight number one contender match-up of Travis Browne vs. Fabricio Werdum, to the newly announced Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Rafael dos Anjos scrap.

Assuming everyone stays healthy.
