UFC 181 payouts and salaries: 'Ruthless' tops 'Hendricks vs. Lawler' payroll with $220k

UFC 181 is in the books and payouts and salaries are in the checkbooks. Here's a complete list of last Saturday night's (Dec. 6, 2014) earnings for all the fighters competing at the "Hendricks vs. Lawler 2" pay-per-view (PPV) event in Las Vegas, Nevada.

UFC 181 fighter payouts for those athletes competing at the "Hendricks vs. Lawler 2" pay-per-view (PPV) event last weekend (Sat., Dec. 6, 2014) from inside Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, were released earlier today by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC).

Not surprisingly, Robbie Lawler topped the payday way with a crisp $220,000 payout, to go along nicely with his 170-pounds of gold. Nipping at his "Ruthless" heels were lightweight kingpin Anthony Pettis and former division No. 1 contender Gilbert Melendez, who both banked $200k for their respective efforts in "Sin City."

That's not all.

Robbie Lawler: $220,000 ($110,000 to show, $110,000 to win)

Keep in mind the salaries listed above do not include fight bonuses, sponsorships, percentages and other unofficial payments. It also does not include deductions for expenses such as insurance, taxes, etc.
