Video: Watch CM Punk explain his reason to leave WWE, join UFC, and much more in extensive interview

Former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar, CM Punk, is now a UFC fighter (more on that here).

Even though company president Dana White is "skeptical" that Punk, 36, can find success inside the Octagon, he agreed to give him a shot as early as 2015.

It's now or never!

We watched Punk talk about his decision briefly last night (Sat., Dec. 6, 2014) at UFC 181 with Joe Rogan (watch it here), but now we get an extensive 20-minute interview courtesy of Ariel Helwani, who caught up with the man born Phil Brooks backstage at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.

In the piece, Punk explains the reason(s) he joined UFC, his journey, why he left WWE, how he has been received by other UFC fighters, when he first talked to White and co-owner Lorenzo Fertitta, how long he expects to compete, where he might train, when he might debut inside the Octagon and much more.
