It was the last time Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight Nick Diaz tasted victory, but it was oh-so-sweet. That's because the UFC 183 headliner was able to beat the stuffing out of fading legend BJ Penn at UFC 137 back in 2011 (recap). After two consecutive losses and an extended vacation, Diaz will return to the cage next month in Las Vegas, Nevada, to try to get his groove back -- at middleweight -- against the surgically-repaired Anderson Silva.
