ESPN investigative reporter, John Barr, discusses what prompted the antitrust lawsuit brought against Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) by Jon Fitch, Cung Le and Nate Quarry earlier this week (Tues. Dec 16, 2014). As Barr reveals, the case still has to go through a few more steps before it gets certified as a class action suit, which means the team attorneys leading the charge will likely seek other fighters to join the case.
