Junior dos Santos was successful in his return to the Octagon but to what degree is up for debate. That's because while he officially defeated Stipe Miocic via unanimous decision in the main event of tonight's (Sat., Dec. 13, 2014) UFC on Fox 13 broadcast from Phoenix, Arizona, the judges scorecards are already the subject of heavy debate (see them here). The bout was close -- really close -- and the idea that Dos Santos won four of five rounds as two of the three cageside judges suggested is enough to call it into question in the eyes of many fans. However, Fight Metric tells us "Cigano" landed more significant strikes in every round. So, again, there's plenty to debate here. Hey, at least they were awarded "Fight of the Night" for their troubles, right?
