My Fight, Your Fight: Ronda Rousey UFC memoir set for May 2015 release

"I don't do anything to be okay at it." -- Ronda Rousey.

Hans Gutknecht

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, for the most part, has been an open book since bursting onto the mixed martial arts (MMA) scene, as she's never been one to bite her tongue and has never been shy to tell it like it is.

Or, at least the way she sees it.

But just in case you want to get to know "Rowdy" a bit more, the queen of women's MMA will be releasing her memoir this coming May titled, "My Fight/Your Fight."

According to ESPN, the book was co-written by her sister, Maria Burns Ortiz, and will be published by Regan Arts.

Rousey's star is as bright as can be at the moment, as she is one of the, if not the most polarizing figure in the sport. She has also made a name for herself in Hollywood, starring in plenty of major motion pictures including The Expendables 3Fast and Furious 7, and Entourage.

And if all goes as planned, "Rowdy" could be spearheading her very own film franchise in the near future, as she has been pegged to take the lead role in "The Athena Project."

Before Rousey dives in head first on her next "Tinseltown" adventure, she will look to defend her title for the fourth straight time as she battles Cat Zingano in the co-main event of UFC 184, which is set to pop off on Feb. 28, 2015 in Los Angeles, California (details).

Olympic medalist, fighter, actress, author ... is there anything "Rowdy" can't do?

In the meantime, get a closer look at Rousey's rise in ESPN'S critically acclaimed documentary series, "Nine For IX Shorts," which is available for your viewing pleasure below:
