The complete UFC Fight Night 55 fight card will air later this evening (Fri., Nov. 7, 2014) entirely on UFC Fight Pass, featuring a five-round middleweight main event that pits former Strikeforce titleholder Luke Rockhold against The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 3 champion Michael Bisping. Those folks living outside the digital network's reach can watch the action unfold via UFC Network, and other select broadcast channels.
UFC Fight Night 55: "Rockhold vs. Bisping," which emanates from inside Allphones Arena in Sydney, Australia, will air on Saturday (Nov. 8) "Down Under" due to the discrepancy in times zones, and features TUF 9 champion Ross Pearson going head-to-head with fellow combat sports reality show standout Al Iaquinta in the co-main event. Elsewhere on the UFC Fight Pass main card, which gets underway at 10 p.m. ET, Clint Hester looks to keep him impressive winning streak alive against the rough-and-tumble Robert Whittaker, while hometown hero Soa Palelei tries to spoil the Octagon return of 265-pound up-and-comer Walt Harris.
But before we can get to the four featured fights, the promotion will unload a stacked seven-fight preliminary card starting at 7:30 p.m. ET on UFC Fight Pass, which kicks off with the bantamweight showdown pitting Jumabieke Tuerxun against Marcus Brimage. The UFC Fight Night 55 "Prelims" have their own special main event in the form of Jake Matthews vs. Vagner Rocha, a pair of talented lightweights battling to stay relevant in a stacked 155-pound division. All that and much, much more!
