Get complete, official results, live updates and real-time coverage starting at 7:30 p.m. ET RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW!

The world's pre-eminent mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion comes to Ginasio Municipal Tancredo Neves in Uberlandia, Brazil, this Saturday night (Nov. 8, 2014) with another FOX Sports 1-televised special.

UFC Fight Night 56 will feature a main event between a pair of Top 20-ranked Light Heavyweight standouts in former champion Mauricio "Shogun" Rua (22-9) against Ovince St. Preux (16-6), with the winner looking to get back into the mix in a shallow pool of 205-pound contenders.

Nipping at their heels was supposed to be the Flyweight co-main event that had John Lineker (24-7) trying to make it six out of his last seven against dangerous veteran Ian McCall (13-4-1), who hasn't lost in 21 months and is looking to take his streak to three in a row. But, that 125-pound showdown went up in smoke in the last 24 hours (read why here).

All that and much, much more.

MMAmania.com will provide LIVE round-by-round, blow-by-blow coverage of the entire UFC Fight Night 56 fight card below, starting with the Fight Pass "Prelims" match online, which is scheduled to begin at 8:00 p.m. ET, right on through the FOX Sports 1-televised main card, which is slated to begin at 10:30 p.m. ET.

Many of our readers check-in before, during and after the televised action to share their thoughts on all the exciting action. Therefore, feel free to leave a comment (or 56) before you leave and chat with all the other Maniacs during the show -- it always turns out to be a great discussion.

Keep in mind that we will also be the spot for the latest news, recaps and post-fight analysis after "Shogun vs. St-Preux."

Half guard and some GNP. Full, nope, Silva didn't get it. Silva attempting a butterfly sweep, but Covington is too heavy on top. Silva just swallowing a lot of nice lefts here. BTW, it's 90 degrees and not air conditioned in this arena. I've heard of some stupid decisions, but holding a mixed martial arts contest in a sauna is way up there. Silva tries desperately to get out of his awful predicament with a roll to start a scramble, but Covington gets the back, sinks in the rear naked and flattens Silva out. There's the tap.
