UFC Fight Night 57 results: Oleksiy Oliynyk knocks out Jared Rosholt

It didn't look good early and then BAM! Feel that left hand.

Esther Lin

The heavyweights were mixing it up on the main card of tonight's (Sat., Nov. 22, 2014) UFC Fight Night 57: "Edgar vs. Swanson" event at Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas on Fox Sports 1, as Jared Rosholt brought his 11-1 record into the evening against Oleksiy Oliynyk's 49-9-1 career mark.

It was really fun.

They met in the center of the cage and just started winging punches at each other. Rosholt had the advantage in the first round, turtling his Russian opponent up and landing bombs while the referee wondered if he should stop it. He never got far enough to step in, however.

It's a good thing too, because after Oliynyk survived that trouble, he used a monster left hook coming out of a clinch that landed clean to the chin and shut Rosholt's lights off.

Brutal.
