***UPDATE: Miller has surrendered and is now in custody. Full story RIGHT HERE.

A story has been developing within the last hour regarding former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight Jason Miller at his residence in Mission Viejo, Calif., which he made public on Twitter.

"Mayhem" has been sending out Tweets continuously on the situation, including one that said, "just don't let them shoot me."

Here are a few samples of what he has been tweeting:

According to KTLA 5, the deputies from the Orange County Sheriff's department were attempting to serve an arrest warrant for stalking when things escalated into a SWAT call. Lt. Jeff Hallock identified the man as Jason Miller.

This is, of course, yet another brush with the law for "Mayhem," who has been arrested for breaking into a church, as well as domestic violence twice in the same month back in August of 2013.
