Malaysian Invasion Mixed Martial Arts (MIMMA) 2: "Grand Finals" returns to Stadium Negara in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Oct. 25, 2014, featuring an 11-fight mixed martial arts (MMA) card headlined by former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) featherweight Will "The Kill" Chope, as he makes his cagefighting return against Matt "Liquid Monkey" Pellino.
You can watch the entire show LIVE and FREE on fight night via Tune Talk by clicking here.
What makes Saturday night's headliner so intriguing is that Chope (20-7) is well known both stateside, thanks to his brief run as a 145-pound prospect under the UFC banner, as well as in Asia, where he cut his teeth in promotions like Malaysian Fighting Championship (MFC) and Pacific Xtreme Combat (PXC), among others.
"The Kill" comes billed as "the most decorated fighter in South East Asia" and looking at his impressive body of work, that would be difficult to argue. Chope, who was last seen with his hand raised against Mauricio dos Santos Jr. in Rebel Fighting Championship 2: "Battle Royale," has 20 wins as a pro with a staggering 16 finishes.
So how does he end up fighting a combatant making his pro debut?
While Pellino hasn't seen the inside of a cage since running the table as an amateur in 2011, the "Liquid Monkey" is no ordinary rookie. After making a name for himself as a standout wrestler in the United States, Pellino was recruited as a trainer in Malaysia, where he continues to help local talent improve their ground game.
He was impressive enough to land himself a ONE FC contract.
In addition, he's one of the most well-known coaches in the region, dubbed "The Voice of Malaysian MMA" after his tireless work as an emcee at nearly every local event. But now it's time to step out from behind the desk and show the world why he was brought overseas to begin with.
This one is going to be a barnburner.

The most decorated MMA fighter in South East Asia, Will Chope, lands himself in MIMMA where he called out The Voice of MIMMA, Matt Pellino in a catchweight bout in order to welcome Pellino to the world of Professional MMA. It will be an interesting sight when Matt crosses over into the cage but under very different circumstances when he faces Will Chope.
