Read War Machine suicide note professing his love to Christy Mack (and crying like a 'Lil' Bitch')

Twitter

Jon Koppenhaver, a.k.a. "War Machine," tried to commit suicide last Tuesday evening (Oct. 14, 2014) in his Las Vegas jail cell, but was thwarted by corrections officers after they discovered the former UFC and Bellator fighter with his bed linens wrapped around his neck.

Before he made peace with his decision to punch out, Koppenhaver penned a suicide note explaining his decision while also saying goodbye to loved ones, including ex-girlfriend Christy Mack, who he allegedly hospitalized back in August after finding her with another man.

TMZ, naturally, has a copy for your viewing (dis)pleasure:

He's been writing a lot of letters in jail.

Mack and Corey Thomas -- the second victim in Koppenhaver's alleged bloody rampage -- were set to testify in court last Friday (Oct. 17), but the defense was able to postpone the proceedings in order to put together a plea bargain (details). Whether or not the prosecution is willing to cut a deal remains to be seen.

Stay tuned.
