'Countdown' to UFC 179 full videos replay online for 'Aldo vs. Mendes 2' PPV on FOX Sports 1

The countdown has begun!

"Countdown" to UFC 179 lit up the airwaves on Sunday afternoon via FOX Sports 1 to help promote the upcoming pay-per-view (PPV) event scheduled for this Sat. night (Oct. 25, 2014) inside Maracanãzinho Gymnasium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) featherweight kingpin Jose Aldo will face off against Chad Mendes for a second time when they hook 'em up in the UFC 179 main event, with the winner expected to make his first title defense against Conor McGregor.

In the UFC 179 co-main event, former light heavyweight number one contender, Glover Teixeira, will try to work his way back into the 205-pound title hunt when he collides with Brazilian killer and streaking division wrestler Phil "Mr. Wonderful" Davis.
